17th March 2011: Nemoto and the Recent Events in Japan:
Some of our customers have expressed concern that the recent terrible events in Japan might have an adverse effect on our ability to manufacture and deliver our products to customers. This message is intended to inform you of our current status and to reassure you that the delivery of our products will be unaffected by these tragic circumstances.
Most importantly, no one at Nemoto was badly hurt by Friday afternoons Earthquake and Tsunami. Most Nemoto premises are not in the worst effected areas, and the company is now working as normal. Deliveries of both Gas Sensor and Phosphorescent Pigment products will be unaffected.
Finally, many thanks to all our customers who have contacted Nemoto with messages of concern, sympathy and support to our Japanese colleagues. Despite the fact that Nemoto as a company has been largely unaffected by these events, it is of course a challenging time for all Japanese people at the moment, and these messages are very much appreciated.
February 2011: The new 7-year expected lifetime specification for the NAP-505 Carbon monoxide sensor is now supported with a corresponding 7-year warranty. Contact Nemoto for more details.
