Housed in standard T04 glass/metal headers, the NCP-300 sensor is designed to be compatible with a wide range of commercially available sensors from other manufacturers, with excellent performance but at a lower cost than many other similar devices. Linear range of 0-100% LEL, operating at 2V bridge voltage, drawing 300mA.

NCP-170 Twin Header Catalytic Flammable Gas Sensor

Housed in standard T04 glass/metal headers, the NCP-170 sensor is similar to the NCP-300, but with lower power consumption, compatible with intrinsically safe circuitry. Linear range of 0-100% LEL, operating at 2V bridge voltage, drawing 170mA.

NCP-180 Twin Header Catalytic Flammable Gas Sensor

Housed in standard T04 glass/metal headers, the NCP-180 sensor is similar to the NCP-300 and NCP-170 models, but uses the standard Nemoto elements used in Nemoto’s residential sensors. Exhibiting high performance at low cost. Linear range of 0-100% LEL, operating at 2.5V bridge voltage, drawing 180mA.

NCP-180A Twin Header Catalytic Flammable Gas Sensor, for Acetylene (special)

Housed in standard T04 glass/metal headers, the NCP-180-A sensor is specially designed for the reliable detection of Acetylene, which is a poisoning agent for standard catalytic type sensors. Linear range of 0-100% LEL, operating at 2.5V bridge voltage, drawing 180mA.

NCP-300S Single Header Catalytic Flammable Gas Sensor

 Lower cost version of NCP-300, with both elements mounted on a lower cost, single header. The NCP-300S has a higher signal output than the NCP-300, giving excellent accuracy at low LEL levels of gas, but with a lower working range of 0-50% LEL

Operates at 2V bridge voltage, drawing 300mA.

NCP-180S Single Header Catalytic Flammable Gas Sensor

Lower cost version of  NCP-180, with both elements mounted on a lower cost, single header. The NCP-180S has a higher signal output than the NCP-180, giving excellent accuracy at low LEL levels of gas, but with a lower working range of  0-60% LEL

Operates at 2.6V bridge voltage, drawing 170mA.

NCP-170S-6 Single Header Catalytic Flammable Gas Sensor

 Lower cost version of NCP-170, in a miniature single header. The NCP-170S-5 has a higher signal output than the NCP-170, giving excellent accuracy at low LEL levels of gas, but with a lower working range of 0-60% LEL. An excellent option if space is limited in the detector design.

Operates at 2.0V bridge voltage, drawing 170mA.

NCP-170S-H Special High Temperature Catalytic Flammable Gas Sensor

Very similar to the popular NCP-170S sensor, the NCP-170S-H employs a slightly different header material which allows the sensor to be used within a very wide temperature range (-40°C to +150°C).
