NAP-55A Explosive gas sensor


Our most popular General Purpose Catalytic Flammable gas sensor, with over 4 million devices manufactured annually, and we think the best value catalytic flammable gas sensor on the market today. Originally designed primarily for low-cost residential gas detectors, but these days finding a wide variety of other applications due to performance levels surpassing many other catalytic sensors with a much higher price tag.

NAP-50A explosive gas sensor


The popular NAP-50A sensor is identical in performance, and operates to precisely the same specification as the NAP-55A,  but is slightly modified to reduce the effect of potential cross sensitive gases likely to be encountered in domestic premises, particularly Ethanol, in compliance with the European standard for domestic methane / natural gas detectors, EN 50194.

NAP-66A LPG gas sensor


The NAP-66A Gas Sensor is a low–cost Catalytic Flammable Gas Sensor designed for the detection and measurement of Propane, Butane, and LPG vapours in the range 0-50% LEL.

NAP-56A explosive gas sensor


The next generation of low cost catalytic sensors from Nemoto. Similar in overall performance to the very popular NAP-55A type sensors, but with a metal enclosure and phenolic resin header. The NAP-56A sensor benefits from a wider working temperature range of -30º C to +70º C. making it ideally suited for use in detectors used in Recreational Vehicles (RV), caravans and pleasure boats.

NAP-67A LPG Gas sensor


The Nemoto NAP-67A is the version of the NAP-56A which is optimised for the detection of higher hydrocarbons such as LPG, Propane, Butane, Gasoline vapours etc. It should not be used if the sensor is required to detect methane or natural gas, because its signal level on Natural gas is very small. But its signal for gases such as LPG is significantly higher than that of the NAP-56A
